Arrival: We expect your arrival from 2 pm. Of course, you can also arrive earlier, but the apartment is only ready for occupancy from 2 pm. If you are late, we will be happy to hear from you.

Departure: On the day of departure, the apartment should be vacated by 10 am at the latest.

Cancellation conditions according to art. 1382 of the Civil Code

There is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the Italian Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we grant you the right to cancel your reservation under the following cancellation conditions in accordance with art. 1382 of the Civil Code:

Up to 14 days before the arrival date at the latest, the reservation can be cancelled without payment of a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be retained.

In case of cancellation by the guest in the period between 14 days before the agreed day of arrival and the day of arrival itself, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:

Cancellation no later than 14 days before the day of arrival: 50% of the total agreed price.

In case of non-appearance of the guest (“no show”) or early departure of the guest, the full amount of the fee for the entire booking period is due.

Please inform us in time if you cannot start your vacation.

Any cancellation fees will be deducted from the deposit already paid.
